Engagements are quoted on a per-set-out basis. Pricing accounts for the size of the property and the number of officers required (a minimum of two under HB 1203). Re-keying or lock changes are the responsibility of the owner and are not included in our scope. We provide a written quote with the engagement letter — there are no recurring fees for landlord clients, and law firms may opt into a volume agreement.
