Our Process

A defensible sequence, from writ in hand to secured property.

Every engagement follows the same procedural cadence. Each step is documented and aligned to the requirements of HB 1203 and the Fulton County Marshal's Department.

01

Writ of possession obtained

Counsel or owner secures a signed writ of possession from the court of competent jurisdiction in Fulton County.

02

Engage South Fulton Eviction Services

Submit the case file through our intake. We confirm HB 1203 eligibility, including the 14-day post-signature threshold and that the property lies within the city limits of South Fulton.

03

Officer deployment

We deploy a minimum of two off-duty POST-certified peace officers per set-out.

04

Officers scheduled

A minimum of two off-duty POST-certified peace officers are assigned. Larger properties or elevated-risk addresses receive additional staffing.

05

Set-out executed

Officers oversee the lawful execution of the writ on the scheduled date, coordinating directly with the moving crew on site.

06

Property secured & documented

The unit is cleared and secured. Re-keying or lock changes are the responsibility of the owner. We deliver written confirmation, photographs, and any documentation counsel requires.
